• At its dedication, the Memorial will be transferred to the National Park Service. • 10% of the cost of constructing the Memorial will also be transferred at that time to the National Park Service for the perpetual care of the Memorial. • Current plans are for the Disabled Veterans’ LIFE Memorial Foundation to be dissolved after this transfer takes place.
