It is our hope that the Genographic Legacy Fund, funded by net proceeds from the sale of the Genographic Project Public Participation Kits, will establish a positive and ongoing legacy for the Genographic Project that will benefit indigenous and traditional peoples—those participating in the project as well as others. The GLF aims to both recognize the importance of these communities’ projects and support their developing aims.
