Who will be responsible for the future development of Waterberg?
Main Street is responsible for developing the 6,300 hectare property in toto. This will comprise of the following: • A first of its kind Biosphere Golf Course and Nature Trail • The Top 10 Elements Golf Course, which already exists • Full practice facility including 2 driving ranges, various putting and chipping greens. • An approximately 2,000ha Dr Ian Player designed Wilderness Area • Rehabilitation centre with various wildlife enclosures • Equestrian centre • Community centres • Approximately 700 individual homes and lodges on the Waterberg property plus up to 340 properties on Elements.
