FEMA is supporting initial conformity assessments through a contract with Eastern Kentucky University (EKU), which has teamed with Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) to provide testing of alert and warning products at the Incident Management Test and Evaluation Laboratory (IMTEL), located in Somerset, Kentucky.
