Who will be monitoring who has registered with the IfL/Obtained QTLS?
It is the responsibility of an institution to ensure that their employees comply with the incoming regulations. IfL will be establishing a mechanism whereby employers can check directly an employee’s ongoing registration and status. It will also be of interest to external inspectors in terms of its impact on provision.
