Who will be looking at my application form for longlisting and shortlisting?
Longlisting will be completed through the Intrepid Pathway system and will be based on the information in your application meeting the Person Specification requirements. Shortlisting Panels will comprise of suitably qualified and experienced medical staff (i.e. consultants with relevant specialty experience) supported by HR representatives. All panel members will have undergone equal opportunities for selection training within the previous 3 years.
