Memberships will be offered to initial retail purchasers of North Light Boathouse, a Condominium (the “Condominium”) and such other persons as the Club determines appropriate from time to time. Each purchaser of a unit in the Condominium (a “Unit”) must apply for membership in the Club as a requirement for owning a Unit, and a Dry Slip Membership in the Club will be mandatory for all Unit owners.
