Who will be doing the job slotting/allocating?
The majority of roles in the new structure will be broadly similar to existing posts.. In order to ensure a fair and transparent process, assimilation panels will assess posts within current Faculties and Departments in the University and formally match job roles across to the new structure. These panels can include; a. Head of School (if known) or Senior Academic Manager (Convenor) b. Faculty Secretary/ies of the relevant areas c. Relevant territorial HR manager/s d. Trade union representative.
