Who Will Be Barbarella?
Source: BritFilms Basically, the lads in Hollywood, not content with ruining many classic films still tread the remake path like Madonna looking for Kids to adopt! So, next up for the ‘Re-Imagining’ treatment is Barbarella. Now I don’t know about you lot, but this film had a special place in my preteen heart – for obvious reasons, plus it also gave one of our fave 80’s bands their name (Duran Duran for those not paying attention). The rumour mill is working overtime to figure out who will be slipping in to that ever so tiny cat suit (with bits nicely cut out), it’s Kate Beckinsdale one minute and Halle Berry the next. If you were to see this remake though, who would you want to see in the lead?
