Tom Griffiths, president and CEO of CompoundSemi Online, the parent company of SSLighting.net, and our longtime industry technical guru, Alan Thompson, Ph.D. who serves both CompoundSemi News and LIGHTimes as our senior technology editor. A new face will also be appearing on the SSL scene; Scott McMahan just signed on the CompoundSemi Online team as our news editor for both online publications, CompoundSemi News and LIGHTimes. Scott is especially well trained for his new post, having earned his bachelor’s degree in journalism in 1997 and his master’s degree in science and technology journalism in 2000 at Texas A&M. There’s another member of our CompoundSemi Online team you’ll want to meet; Dr. Robert Walker will again be at SIL and on the speakers roster.
