Who will be able to incorporate Guernsey companies ?
A. Corporate Service Providers (CSP) must be Guernsey based and regulated by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission. Only a CSP will be able to incorporate a company. It will be their responsibility to ensure that they undertake full ‘Know Your Client’ (KYC) checks to ensure compliance with these good practice guidelines. The Registry will rely on the KYC checks undertaken by CSPs.
