Who will be able to access ISA on-line?
Any employer or organisation that has a legitimate interest in an individual for employment purposes and has obtained their consent can use the ISA on-line service and access information about their ISA registration status. The decision as to who in the organisation should have responsibility for accessing the on-line service will lay with the employer or organisation.
