art-exchange offers works on a “artwork delivered is artwork described by Seller” basis. Buyers have a 48 hour Satisfaction period in which Buyers may determine if “the artwork delivered is the artwork described” by Seller. For an additional fee, quoted on a case by case basis, art-exchange will undertake to authenticate a piece for a Buyer.
