Who will answer the phone when I call Poison Help?
The Hennepin Regional Poison Center staffs mostly Pharmacists at our call center. Most have them have passed a special certification classifying them as Certified Specialists in Poison Information (CSPI). They are local experts who are familiar with the community and trusted by Doctors, Pharmacists, Nurses, and Paramedics statewide to provide the most current information on poison related questions and treatments.
