Greg Cagle (gregc@teleport.com) from Mentor Graphics was the FAQ maintainer until November 1994. All entries with no attribution are Greg’s. Thanks for all the work getting the FAQ started and running. Colin Wynd (colin@col.hp.com) from the NetMetrix Operation in Hewlett-Packard was the maintainer until November 1995.
