Who were Feathers?
Feathers were a mixed media trio who performed music, dance. They consisted of David Bowie (vocals, mime), Hermione Farthingale (vocals, mime) and John ‘Hutch’ Hutchinson (acoustic guitar). In 1969 Hermione Farthingale left Feathers in early February leaving David and John Hutchinson to continue as a duo for three more gigs.
