Who was the only U.S. President to give up his American citizenship?

I don’t think any person could give up his citizenship to become a U.S. Presidend, considering that it is a requirement to become president. This was the only think I could find. Toomas Hendrik Ilves was sworn in as Estonia’s new president for a five-year term. He gave up his U.S. citizenship and entered into politics in Estonia in the early 1990s. Ilves has served as Estonia’s foreign minister twice before being elected a member of the European Parliament in 2004.
