Who was the Greenleaf University Ph.D. program designed for?
The GU program was designed with the mid-career professional in mind. We realize that those on the professional “fast track” rarely can take two to five years away from their careers in order to return to the traditional campus. We also realize that the traditional academic program does not allow the learner to apply the concepts being taught while completing the studies. GU solves both of these problems. Can I transfer in courses or get credit for experience? Many students who enter a graduate degree program have some formal graduate education and advanced work experiences for which credit can be granted towards the particular degree required. Our Office for Academic Affairs evaluates these credits and determines whether and which credits can be applied to the various courses we require for our program.
