Who was the first supreme court lady chief justice ?

There hasn’t been a female Chief Justice of the United States, although some of the state supreme courts have had female chief justices (e.g. Rose Bird in California in the 1970s-1980s.) Sandra Day O’Connor was, and Ruth Bader Ginsburg is, an associate justice (which just means not the chief.) I don’t know what the answer would be for any other country, unfortunately.
