Who was shocked to hear that the author Terry Pratchett has Alzheimers?
He was on Sky News today i was very shocked and they only found out about it when he donated £500,000 to Alzheimers charity. A: I admire his honesty and generosity. He was on radio 4 today saying that Alzheimer’s should be as ‘talked about’ as cancer. The latter used to be a taboo subject, but he pointed out how much support cancer patients can get from each other and friends.He hopes the publicity re his condition will bring it into the open and more research will be done.
