Who was Ralph Morley. Watercolour artist, painted Whitby Harbour?
I’ve only found one other painting of him, which was of a place in Scotland. The Whitby Art Gallery & Museum might have some information on him, and might even have works by him. Look them up on the internet, and maybe you can send them a photo of this particular work. I couldn’t find any biographical information, unfortunately.
