Lucius Quintus Cincinnatus Lamar was a roman and a farmer. He was one day asked by the goverment to be a dictator and save the people from an invasion. The ruling would last for about 6 months but he saved the people from the invasion within a month or two. Then he gave up his power willingly that was really cool. Then he just went back to his farm after that.
