The possible price-fixing activities involved the sales of new textbooks at two IUPUI bookstore locations the Cavanaugh Hall bookstore and the Union Building bookstore. IUPUIs investigation was internal only. A DOJ investigation is ongoing. Therefore, IUPUI is unable to provide any information concerning the involvement, if any, of other individuals or organizations.
