Who was affected by ATA and Aloha Airlines closing down business??

I do know of someone who had 140,000 frequent flyer miles with Aloha, the program and her miles were terminated on 3-31. Another person I read about was in Hawaii and had a return ticket after ATA shutdown, now he need to buy another ticket and deal with trying to get his money back after he returns home. It’s amazing how both these airlines shut down without notice and left thousands of people stranded and having to deal with trying to get their money back, not to mention all the employees who are now out of work. Also, if you haven’t already heard, Skybus just announced they have terminated all flights and are closing operations, in the same manner that ATA and Aloha did, wow!

Southwest Airlines code share agreements were affected. You can read about what ATA and Southwest are doing at www.ata.
