Who was a better general, James Longstreet or Stonewall Jackson?

TJ’s valley campaign and masterpiece at Chanclorsville gives him the top honor. Most historians believe that the South would’ve won Gettysburg if he were still in command of the 2nd Corps. His ability of leading from the front was his crowning achievement…and also is unduing. Longstreet was a solid Corps commander, but was criticized for not taking quick action. His failure to turn the Union left at the Round Tops (July 2, 1863) could be attributed to his slow execution of Lee’s orders, mostly because he wanted better defensive ground further to the south. In any event, Lee considered them both great generals.
