Who votes on forming or changing rules? Who do I go to about a rule debate?
In the past, this league and some others generally would have team captains vote on rules that they want changed or looked at for possible changes or fixes. Any rules that you want to bring to my attention that you feel aren’t explained well or may be ambiguous, you can bring them to me directly. I work well with BCA to amend rules to take out the ambiguity. Also, if you read our league rules, they coincide directly with the actual rules from the BCA handbook and if there are rules that we amend to their rules, our rules do supercede their rules and that should be taken into consideration any time you revert to a rule book or to myself for a ruling. As far as rules go, the game should not be played by constantly haggling an opponent with a rule book. If there is ever an issue, we have dedicated referees that should be called at any time a rule is being questioned.
