Who uses CoC Datalinks?
Cancer registrars, cancer committee chairs, cancer liaison physicians, and cancer program administrators are the designated cancer program staff automatically granted access. • A facility may request access for additional members of the cancer program and/or medical staff, by submitting the CoC Datalinks User Request Form (40K PDF). • Once an individual is granted access to use the system, a unique User ID and Password is assigned and e-mailed to that user. For security purposes and to protect facility data, User IDs and Passwords are not to be shared. The CoC is not responsible for the unauthorized release or sharing of login information and data by any CoC Datalinks user. How is CoC Datalinks Accessed?
