WHO USES CENTREX?
According to Kerry Heagle at dba Telecom, “We see users right from the single home office to military bases with thousands of lines. In sheer number of companies I would expect the small business segment is the largest, with home office growing quickly.” BUT WILL THEY CONTINUE TO USE CENTREX? It might seem that with the cost of long distance and other services coming down, as well as the price of some CPE dropping, a business might as well buy a PBX or a key system and be done with it.
