I used OPK tests when TTC number two in Aug this year aged 22 and concieved stright away and we only BD twice during the cycle and still concieved. but the pregnancy ended in a BLighted ovum (missed miscarrige at 11 and half weeks. Im spose to be 14 weeks today :'( But with this in mind my DH and i Also concieved number #1 our DD during the first cycle with out using OPK’s so i dunno if they helpped or not. we used to OPK to try increase chance of concieveing a boy and we dunno if that worked or not either.
