Who undertakes the Notary Services?
A Notary Public undertakes these services as a public officer and they will also act as a solicitor. A Notary Public has the capacity to attest and witness certain types of documents such as deeds, commercial agreements, powers of attorney and public based documents. The signature and official seal of a Notary are the evidence to the authenticity of writings, which make documents recognised internationally.
