Medium risk (RPA Score 31-40) – Undertaken by a Review Team Leader nominated by the OGC Gateway Operations team and independent of the department. The team members are provided by the department and are independent of the project. Low risk (RPA score less than 31) – Undertaken by a team managed and resourced from within the sponsoring department and independent of the project.
