Who trains the patient how to use the Philips INR self-test service?
The patient can be trained either in the doctor’s office or by a Philips Remote Cardiac Services training professional. The training consists of instruction on how to use the portable self-testing meter, as well as how to call in the results after they test. Patients must demonstrate their ability to fully perform the test before the service is activated.
