This is a real nuisance for you! I love cats, but the only type of cat which I have found to be vicious over the years is the ginger Tom! Can only suggest you ask the RSPCA for help, they look good on the TV in Animal 24/7(I live in UK). We have a local thug grey cat in our area – his owner loves him – and when this cat has a go at mine I use a water spray and hiss at him. This grey cat also attacks any type of other cat, male female and neutered. Good luck, I do sympathise!
