Who teaches the PAIRS programs? What are their credentials?
PAIRS is different from some couples courses because only licensed mental health professionals with extensive PAIRS training our programs. Non-mental health professionals, who are partners of the PAIRS leaders, may be present in courses to assist and often these partners have been through some or all of the training that PAIRS leaders are required to have. An exception is that in some cases, newly wed or pre-marrieds PAIRS courses are taught through churches by clergy or church staff who are trained by PAIRS.
