Who takes the NSC Defensive Driving Class?
1. Anyone and everyone who wants to receive current training in defensive driving/collision avoidance techniques. 2. Persons who drive company or fleet vehicles. 3. Individuals seeking point reduction (3 points) from WV DMV or a ticket dismissal in West Virginia or another State (such as Virginia). 4.
