The CCIOA (Carolina Common Interest Ownership Act) has been enacted to protect all condominium owners and determines how a condominium is managed. The Act requires that all condominiums be managed by an association. Control of the Jumbo Storage Association will be turned over to the owners when the project is sold out and will be managed by a professional management company of the owners’ choice.
