You, as the owner are expected obtain the building permit, select plans, deal with any Tahoe Regional Planning Agency (TRPA) issues, perform any allocation transfers yourself. If you do not live locally, I will assist with items that need attention in the Lake Tahoe area (such as transferring plans from TRPA and through the other agencies). There is no charge for this service.
