Who takes care of my laptop if it isnt working properly?
Your laptop is covered by a comprehensive warranty. This program provides coverage for accidental damage including drops/falls, electrical surges or liquid spills. You can bring your ideapad to the IS (Information Services) Help Desk to have it diagnosed and/or repaired. If your laptop needs to be reimaged or sent out for warranty repair, we will give you a loaner laptop to use immediately.
