Who stole Woody from Castle Towers at Castle Hill?
SHERIFF Woody is at the centre of a missing character search after his lifeless form was stolen from Castle Towers. The hero of the Toy Story movie series was kidnapped from Event Cinemas and was last seen being carried towards the doors of carpark 3 under the arm of a red-headed fan. Poor old Woody was enjoying life in the foyer of the Event Cinemas at the Piazza advertising the new Toy Story 3 film until 11pm on June 16 when he grabbed by a man in his 20s dressed in dark clothing and beanie. Fortunately for Woody’s rescuers the kidnapper removed his hat and was caught on the centre’s closed circuit television cameras. Castle Hill police, not to mention Buzz Ligthyear and the other toys, are keen to hear from anyone who saw the larger-than-life plastic figure of Woody being put into a vehicle or who may notice him in a bedroom or a house around the Hills.
