The Appraisal Institute Commercial Database will not benefit one more than the other, providing they are all Appraisal Institute members, which stand to benefit the most from this project. It is simply a common location from which market level information can be shared and accessed. Each of the users mentioned stand to benefit from the products and services which will be available because of the Commercial Database and the data it contains.
