Who should take online college classes?

I took a few online classes in community college. My favorite was Introductory Statistics. A lot of people would cringe at taking a math class online, but I loved it. In my previous math classes (my first one in community college, the rest in high school), students would talk and be distracting when the instructor was out of the room to let us do independent in-class work. I found that online, I had no one to distract me. I did take extensive notes from my book. I read it from cover to cover, which I have had to do for online courses. It was the first math class I ever got an A in! It was a challenge, but very enjoyable. The same for my Health Education and Accounting courses. Good luck! Oh, and sometimes community colleges offer “blended” classes, where the class is half online and half in the classroom. You might like that better to begin with.
