Who should take NCD?
Everyone. A recent study done by The Environmental Working Group tested the umbilical cord blood of ten children (samples were collected by the Red Cross after the cord was cut). They found 287 industrial chemicals and pollutants in each cord, out of these 180 are known to cause cancer, 217 are toxic to the brain and nervous system and 208 cause birth defects in animals. Similarly, Mount Sinai School of Medicine, tested the blood and urine of 9 volunteers. They found a total of 167 industrial chemicals, out of these many are known to cause cancer in humans, 94 are toxic to the brain and nervous system, 72 affect lungs and breathing, 86 affect your hormones, 79 cause birth defects and or abnormal development. Additionally, highly toxic heavy metals like lead, aluminum and mercury were found, as well as numerous herbicides and pesticides.
