Who should take ITIL v3 Foundation training?
People who are (a) part of IT organizations undertaking ITIL implementations or (b) interact with an IT organization would benefit greatly from ITIL Foundation training and certification. Business managers, project managers, business analysts, and other people throughout the enterprise whose core jobs are outside of IT but require regular interaction with IT would benefit from a Foundation level understanding of how IT works, what processes are defined, the roles within those processes, and how IT strives to ensure that its activities are aligned with business objectives.
