If you are a student with 23.000 earned units and have not received a graduation intent form in your campus box or through the U. S. mail, you should come to the Registrar’s Office and request a copy. If you are off campus, you may print a Graduation Intent form , fill it out and mail it to the Registrar’s Office, Beloit College, 700 College Street, Beloit, WI 53511.

Any undergraduate student with at least 84 credits at the beginning of a school year, with transfer credit yet to come in or graduate student with at least 18 credits can submit a graduation form for the following May’s graduation. The Registrar’s Office provides these to students in the beginning of the fall term.
