Who should sign the Notice of Variation form HSBC has sent me?
We would expect the signatories on the Notice of Variation to be of the same status as those who signed the original agreement. However, to ensure that the people who sign on behalf of the customer have authority from the customer to sign the Notice of Variation, for Limited Companies, we require two directors to sign the Notice of Variation.
