Who should screening officers contact if they have questions regarding the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)?

0

Screening officers are employees of Screening Provider companies. Therefore, any questions or concerns that they may have should be addressed to their service delivery managers. If you choose to speak with your service delivery manager, and are not satisfied with the response, contact your local CATSA Training Representative or CATSA Regional Manager. If you still wish to have your concerns and recommendations brought to a higher level, the local CATSA Regional Manager will forward them to headquarters.
