Who Should Renew Green Card?
A permanent resident of US whose green card is about to expire within six months or has expired must renew green card at the earliest. The nearest USCIS office would be where you could get your green card renewed. The following documents are required to renew green card:- • I-90 form • valid identification form such as driver’s license, military id, or any other state issued identification card • the green card that needs to be renewed • photocopies of the green card (both the front and the back) • two color photographs of the person, as per the requirements of the I-90 renew application form • a money order or check of $130 drawn in favor of United States Citizenship and Immigration Services If your child is over 14 years, an additional $50 would be charged for fingerprinting.
