WHO SHOULD RECYCLE?

0

Residents – All Burlington County residents, both homeowners and tenants, including occupants of multi-family housing units are required to recycle cardboard, mixed paper, aluminum and tin/steel cans, glass food and beverage containers, and plastic bottles and jars #1 and #2 only. Landlords – Owners of multi-family units – apartments and condominium associations are required to establish dropoff areas within the complex for recyclables and set up a recycling program for their tenants and members. Convenient storage areas with clearly marked recycling containers should be provided. If the complex is participating in the Burlington County Regional Recycling Program brochures are available or the privately contracted hauler or market will instruct how the materials are to be prepared by the occupants. Contact your landlord or complex manager for more information. Businesses – All owners, lessees or occupants of public and private businesses, commercial and/or industrial establishments inc

EVERYONE should recycle, but especially residents of the unincorporated areas of the County of Los Angeles. Most people living in single-family homes, duplexes, and apartment and condominium complexes have curbside recycling services (excluding some areas in the Antelope Valley).
