There are no hard and fast rules as to who should pay for the bridesmaids hairdos. If the Bride is asking the bridesmaids to wear their hair in a specific style, or use her favorite salon then it should be the Bride who pays. But if everyone is willing to use the same salon, with no hard feelings why not split the bill fairly.
