Depending on when your guests arrive and how long they are staying in town, you will want to be sure that you take the initiative as a good host/hostess and reserve their hotel rooms in advance. While you are by no means obligated to pay for the hotel rooms, reserving them at a discounted rate will undeniably prove to your guests that you are grateful that they have traveled great distances to share your special day with you. However, aside from hotel rooms, you really have no obligation to secure transportation for your guests either from the airport to the hotel or from the hotel to your wedding venue(s).
